Organization Profile, Tags, Data Import, Goals
The Organization Profile allows you to manage your company’s information as a whole, as well as for the different clinic locations.
Note: The Organization page is only available for Administrator users.

Company Profile
The Profile lets you review the basic contact information of your company. If you need to edit the information, use the edit link to the right of the screen.
Create Different Markets
You can create different markets that your organization can use to separate your referrals information. Click the name of the clinics to see their profile and referral information.
Note: To create different markets, please contact your Member Success representative for assistance.
Clinic Locations
You can then see your clinic location accounts and their basic information. To create additional clinic locations, please contact your Member Success representative for assistance.
Clinic Profile
After clicking a clinic name, you’ll see their profile starting with their basic information which you can edit by clicking the Edit link.
Account Referrals
Below the profile you’ll see Account Referrals and the total referrals received. To download the list as an Excel file, click the highlighted icon.
Contact Referrals
At the bottom of the page are all the contacts that have referred to the clinic along with their Tier rank for the clinic and for your company as a whole. To Download the list as an Excel file, click the highlighted icon.
Tags
Tags label your accounts to make them easier to search for and group. To create a tag, type into the text field then click Add Tag.
Once a tag is added, you can then use the tag on the Account edit screen. To add to an account, go to Tags and start typing the tag name, then add from the suggested list.
Tags are helpful when searching for accounts. From the Accounts page, search for all accounts with the same tag, to see the resulting list and help you identify accounts that share the tag category.
Data Import
The data Import feature is used to upload new information such as clinics, accounts, and contacts, to the system. If you need assistance with adding new information to your Referral Management account, please contact your Success Manager for guidance.
Goals
The Goals feature allows you to set referral number goals for each user and compare the results.
- To set Goals, go to the bottom of the screen then click Set Goals.
- At the Goals screen, select the month for the goals.
- Enter the amount of referrals you want that user or location to achieve.
- When finished establishing your goals, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
