Referral Page

The Referral page provides a list of your referrals and the contact source. You can also use this page to match a referral to the missing referral contact. 

At the top of the page, you’ll see a total count of Referrals Matched (referrals matched with their referral source), as well as the number of referrals who are missing the referral source. You’ll want to stay on top of making sure all referrals have the referral source, to help with fostering the relationship with the contact who provided the referral and ensuring your data is accurate.

Matching Referrals

Each patient in the list of Un-matched Referrals comes with information to help you identify the appropriate contact for the referral. 

Once you’ve identified who the referring contact is, use the search box to search for their name. By typing in their name, the search box will auto-populate matching results. You’ll then select the name of the appropriate contact and click Add.

Search for an Un-matched Referral

If you want to search for a specific referral that you need to match with a contact, use the referral search feature:

• To search by the referring provider, type the name into the first box and click Search. 
• To search by the specific Case ID of the referral, type it into the second box and click Search.

Download list of Referrals

You can download the list of matched or unmatched referrals to further analyze the available information and share it with others.

To create an Excel file, click the Download Matched Referral, to generate the file. Click the (...) menu to open and generate the un-matched referrals spreadsheet.
