Net Promoter Score (NPS) Page
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a survey designed to measure patient likelihood to return to your clinics and/or refer friends and family. The NPS data flows in from WebPT reach and provides you the patient’s scores and comments
As a reminder, a patient NPS score between 0 and 6 would be a low score. Seven and above would be considered a more positive experience for the patient.
NPS Details
The page contains a list of all the NPS scores received by your organization as a whole.
Use NPS page to see the NPS scores and responses from the patient’s that a specific provider referred to you. Doing so can help you understand your referred patients’ experiences. This information helps you plan for conversations you may have with the referring physicians about their patients’ care.
Locate Contact NPS Scores
Type the contact name you would like to see NPS data for, then click Search. A list populates of all the NPS scores for the patients referred by the queried contact.
