User Activity Report

The User Activity Report allows you to view open and completed activities for the selected user over the chosen time period, as well as some overall metrics. Reports can be exported to Excel.

Instructions

The Referral Management system provides you with a number of reports that you can run for each user. First, log into the system and navigate to reports.

Let’s start with the User Activity Report. Click on the report name. Now you will be able to select a user and a time range (last 7 or last 30 days). Then, click View Report. You will see Open Activities and Completed Activities. You will also see some overall metrics for total activities for this user during this time period.

If you want to export the report, just click export on the right-hand side of the screen
