Merge Contacts

Merge duplicate contacts to ensure the correct contact has been added to Accounts or Activities—and to ensure accurate reporting.

  1. Navigate to the Contacts Page.

  2. Search for the Contact that will be the Master Contact. This is the contact that you want to remain after all duplicates have been merged.
    Note: All Activity, Referral, and NPS data will be transferred to the Master Contact. 
  3. Click the name of the desired Master Contact.
  4. Click the Ellipses next to Edit Contact, then select Merge Contact.
  5. Search for duplicate contacts by name, zip code, or tag.
  6. Select the duplicate Contacts to merge with the Master Contact.

  7. Click Merge Contacts.  

When you click Merge Contacts, all Activity, Referral, and NPS data is transferred to the Master Contact, and all duplicate contact profiles selected are deleted.
