Defects Corrected

For Members integrated with the EMR, the clinic name will once again populate correctly on referrals rather than the clinic ID.
The converted status on a referral once again lists "No" to reflect when a referral has not resulted in a patient appointment.

Enhanced Integration Speed from WebPT EMR to RRM: Members can now take advantage of a modern, high-speed integration from the EMR to Referral Relationship Management (RRM). This enhancement provides real-time updates in the software so that networking with referring physicians is based on accurate and up to date referral data.

Enhanced Integration Speed from WebPT EMR to RRM and REACH: Members can now take advantage of a modern, high-speed integration from the EMR to Patient Relationship Management (PRM) and Referral Relationship Management (RRM). This enhancement provides real-time updates in the software that improves time-sensitive workflows. Examples of these workflows include sending patient intakes to the correct patient case in the EMR and sending HEPs to patients before they leave the clinic.

New Alternative Account ID: Transfer data from existing systems easily by documenting any additional external identification of an account in the new Alternate External ID field.
Updated Activity Completion Logic: Activities created on today's date will now default to open, to account for the more common and recommended workflow of planning a day out in advance.

Updated Activity Completion Default Status: The activity completion status is now defaulting based on the activity date. Activities dated tomorrow and on auto set to Open; activities with today's date or earlier are automatically set to Complete.

Updated Accounts Page: Instead of an entire list of all Accounts in the system, the Accounts page is automatically filtered to Accounts assigned to Members.
